What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you add a horse, we collect what you enter about it — name, foaling date, sire, dam, dam's sire, breeder, and registration number — along with the enrollment and payment records you create or mark in the app.
What we don't collect
Incentive Tracker doesn't currently process real payments — nominations and payments always happen directly between you and the incentive program, outside this app. We don't collect or store card numbers, bank details, or other payment information.
How we use your information
Your information is used to run the app for you: showing which programs your horses qualify for, calculating fees and deadlines, and sending you reminder emails as payments come due. We use Resend to deliver those emails, and a database hosted by Supabase to store your data. Neither is used for anything beyond making the app work.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with the incentive programs themselves or anyone else, beyond the service providers above who help run the app. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies — the only cookie the app sets is the one that keeps you signed in.
Your account
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not in plain text — we can't see or recover your actual password. You can delete a horse at any time from its profile. If you'd like your entire account and all its data deleted, email support@incentiveapp.org and we'll take care of it.
